Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Orders are inspected bundle by bundle and dispatched within 2–4 business days of payment clearing. Lengths above 30″ are made to order and ship on a longer timeline — we will confirm the date with you directly.
Delivery
We ship by DHL Express with tracking from door to door. You will receive a tracking number as soon as the parcel is collected.
Duties and taxes
Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the price at checkout.
Minimum order
Bundles are sold in a minimum of two. This is how the hair is matched — bundles are paired for density and colour from the same donor batch, and a single bundle rarely gives a full head.
Returns
Unopened bundles in their original packaging, with ties and wefts intact, may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Hair that has been washed, cut, coloured, installed or otherwise altered cannot be returned. This is a hygiene requirement, not a preference.
If something is wrong
If a bundle arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, photograph it before doing anything else and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right.
